Psychotherapy Sessions

This support space is grounded in respect, trust, and active listening, which means that you will find in me a professional who is ready to listen to you and offer feedback that will help you better understand your distress and find tools to reduce its negative impact on your emotions, your body, your physical health, and your closest relationships.

Couples Psychotherapy & Counselling

First Interview

During the initial consultation, we begin by reviewing the psychotherapy agreement to ensure that the boundaries, expectations, and confidentiality principles are clear. After this, I ask a series of questions to get to know you better—about your personal background, family, friendships, habits, and any relevant aspects of your daily life. When clinically appropriate, I may also ask about your medical history and that of your family, as this information can help provide a fuller understanding of your wellbeing. This allows me to gain a comprehensive picture of your situation and determine the most appropriate way to support you.
